I need a candidate who will go on-site for final interview round please submit accordingly. Overview: We are seeking a motivated Oracle Business Systems Analyst to join our St. Paul, MN team. This role is crucial in supporting our transition and utilization of Oracle Cloud ERP within our manufacturing and construction environments. You'll work closely with our in-house Oracle expert and report directly to the Operations Manager, Anthony Herman, while also liaising with Priya Subash. Responsibilities: Day-to-Day Support: Maintain system operations by logging work orders, processing billing, building out materials, and resolving user issues. Quarterly Release Testing: Perform and manage the testing process for quarterly Oracle system releases. Business Process Optimization: Assist in developing and evolving business practices and processes, focusing on long-term strategic goals. Training & Mentorship: Train users and provide mentorship to help them navigate and utilize the Oracle system effectively. Qualifications: ERP Experience: Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud ERP, but open to candidates with traditional Oracle or SAP experience. Technical Skills: Experience with File-Based Data Imports (FBDI) is highly desirable. Analytical Background: Strong background in business analysis, problem-solving, requirement gathering, and data analysis. Adaptability: Ability to quickly pick up and manage UAT processes and handle various test cases efficiently. Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to both short-term tactical goals and long-term business optimization.
