| Kinaxis Developer Remote Contract Job Description Participate in deep-dive business requirements discovery and design sessions to develop integrations in Kinaxis RapidResponse integration tool. Perform integration configuration - mapping, loading, transforming and validating data. Support data management and integration related activities including validation and testing of the solution. Mentor and coach Product development and support team. Work as a senior member of the support critical functions post-production deployment. Incident Management -Error Monitoring and Triage (internally and externally). Standard Service Management -Security administration -Application Configuration (WH, users, location, etc.). Operational Activity Management -Performance Monitoring, Monitoring of Database Connectivity Issues, Data Reprocessing Knowledge Management, User training and functional support on user errors to fix the process. Knowledge documentation (KBAs) Work with Kinaxis teams on handling crucial incidents that impacts Rapid Response production system.
