Job Title: PEGA Architect Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Job Description Mandatory Skills PEGA -CASE MANAGEMENT The role of technical guide and mentor for the rest of the team members. Partner with solution architect(s) and the PEGA COE to deliver to architecture compliance guidelines, security requirements, and design and development standards. Ensure development of robust, scalable technical solutions with reusable components/common elements . Support development teams with the Technical design of the user stories. Guide developers in trouble shooting and fixing PEGA issues. Experience with object-oriented design principles and design patterns - must be able to apply industry standard solutions to resolve problems with a simple, organized design. Experience with relational (ERD) and object-oriented (UML) modelling to develop design documentation using industry standard practices. Analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, support personnel, and clients. Regular attendance is required.
