Its remote Position Title: Production Support Analyst FX Applications Work location: Chicago, IL(Remote) Visa : H1B, H4-EAD , GC-EAD, USC Exp :9 to 10 years Skills Description: Skills Required: Should have experience or knowledge in Foreign Exchange, Trade life cycle. Should have experience in writing SQL/Oracle queries Good to have knowledge in - WSS, Active Batch, Calypso, UNIX etc. Job Duties: Work with other technology groups in analyzing / addressing problems and issues related to complex system components and processes. Work on incidents via Service Now portal and tickets related trouble / access / issue / connectivity / data report requests. Act as a single frontline owner for all production incidents and issues relating to FX Applications until resolved. Provide technical support using SQL/Oracle, Active Batch Processes and WSS Related support Participate in incident/problem management calls to ensure all incidents are resolved, business impact is minimized and all root causes are identified with risks mitigated. .
