Proficient in Vlocity Development Skills including OmniScript, DataRaptor, Cards, and Templates. Collaborate directly with clients to analyze requirements and propose effective solutions leveraging Vlocity and Salesforce platforms. Lead technical design sessions with both clients and internal project teams; create detailed technical design specifications. Architect and design end-to-end solutions that meet client requirements and align with Vlocity and Salesforce best practices. Offer architectural guidance and enforce best practices to development teams; ensure adherence to Vlocity and Salesforce development standards. Work closely with Vlocity product and support teams to address complex technical challenges and optimize solutions. Key Requirements: 10-15 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Salesforce architecture and Vlocity development. Proven track record in Agile project delivery and managing client interactions. Expertise in Vlocity components such as OmniScript, DataRaptor, Cards, and Templates. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience providing guidance to development teams and ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable. Familiarity with Salesforce and Vlocity integration patterns and best practices. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect) are preferred. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
