Must Have: Multiple certifications in Workday Any WD certs will do, but we need multiple certifications Extensive experience with Workday implementations, changes, upgrades HM wants to see this experience at multiple companies Main Responsibilities: Implementing changes in Workday Providing recommendations Assess efficiencies Review the status of the implementations Provide cost estimates Guide technical strategy Skillset and Qualifications: 10+ years relevant Workday experience configuring and deploying in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment. Strong understanding of Workday architecture, configuration, and integration capabilities, data model, and security framework. Experience in leading and managing Workday implementations. Certifications (including pro) in relevant areas like Workday HCM, Workday Integrations and others. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Project management and leadership abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with other HRIS systems.
