| From: ayush, Scalable Systems [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Guidewire PolicyCenter Project Manager Location: San Antonio, TX Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 US insurer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful full life cycle PolicyCenter implementations, hands-on technical expertise, and a strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive business transformation. Responsibilities: Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter Implementation: Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Drive Technical Excellence: Oversee and guide technical teams in the development of PCFs, business rules, data models, Gunits, and rating components. Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with customer business and IT stakeholders to understand their needs, develop strategic roadmaps, and ensure project success. Problem-solving and Troubleshooting: Provide expert guidance to technical teams in troubleshooting issues and reviewing deliverables. Migrate to SaaS Model: Demonstrate experience in either implementing a new PolicyCenter V10 in SaaS mode or migrating existing implementations to SaaS. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Certification: ACE Certified in Guidewire PolicyCenter Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT project management 3+ full life cycle Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 US insurers Hands-on experience with PCFs, business rules, data models, Gunits, and rating components Proven experience migrating to or implementing PolicyCenter V10 in SaaS Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter architecture, configuration, and customization. Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage project teams and stakeholders. Problem-solving: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
