This role will require strong writing skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create and update technical documentation, including user guides, installation guides, system administration guides, release notes, and troubleshooting guides. 2. Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and support teams to gather information and understand the application infrastructure components and systems. 3. Translate technical information into clear and concise documentation that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences. 4. Ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and follows established style and formatting guidelines. 5. Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and readability. 6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand upcoming changes and updates to the application infrastructure and incorporate them into the documentation. 7. Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to application infrastructure documentation. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, specifically in documenting application infrastructure components and systems. 3. Strong understanding of application infrastructure concepts, including servers, databases, middleware, networking, and security. 4. Proficient in using documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and content management systems. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. 6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to meet documentation deadlines. 7. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 8.
