Job Title: .Net Software Engineering Lead Location: Tampa, FL(Hybrid) Local Only Duration: 6+ MonthsC2H Interview: Video Visa Type: USC/GC Only Job Description Skillset : Must HAVE STRONG-on experience with React, Experience with C#, .NET, data structures, basic algorithms, and applying object-oriented principles and design patterns . MUST HAVE LEAD TEAMS What you'll do : Work closely with stakeholders, Solution Architects, and the Software Development Manager to understand business requirements and help translate technical requirements for the Development team. Serve as the subject matter expert on modern JavaScript frameworks, providing guidance, best practices, and architectural recommendations for the development team. Drive the creation and maintenance of design systems, component libraries, and UI patterns to promote consistency, reusability, and efficiency across frontend applications. Stay updated on the latest front-end frameworks, libraries, and technologies, and provide expertise and recommendations for their adoption and integration into projects. Lead the design and development of scalable and maintainable frontend architectures, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and technical standards. Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and developer guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members. Technical Skills Experience developing front-ends leveraging modern frameworks (React.) Proficiency with development tools such as Visual Studio and Git. Experience with C#, .NET, data structures, basic algorithms, and applying object-oriented principles and design patterns. Strong Proficiency with relational databases design and query construction and optimization (we use SQL Server and Postgres, other RDBMS experience is acceptable).
