Job Title: Service Now Developer with AI/ML, LLM experience Location : Remote Duration: Long term Responsibilities: Consult internal customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices Individual contributor to project delivery and solution delivery including Application UI development using Service Portal and UI Builder, Workflow/flows development Manage ServiceNow instance upgrade and performance/security related tasks Development Integration components through REST Be a key member of the overall implementation project team Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer experiences Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience required in IT.
