Location: Denver CO Duration: 12+Months Contract Visa: NO OPT, CPT, H1B NEED ONLY LOCAL TO DENVER CO Overview: As the Lead iOS/Android Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the iOS development initiatives, leading the iOS & Android development team to create cutting-edge, high-quality mobile applications. You will be responsible for setting technical direction, ensuring code excellence, and guiding the team to deliver innovative iOS solutions. Experience: 8 10 years Tech Stack: Hands on skills with Swift, Objective C, React (Native), Android, iOS Toolkit (Xcode, iOS SDK),HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API Integration Responsibilities: 1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and strategic vision for iOS development projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and specifications. 2. Architecture and Design: Lead the architectural design of iOS applications, emphasizing scalability, maintainability, and performance. Stay abreast of the latest iOS development trends and integrate emerging technologies into the technical roadmap. 3. Development and Coding: Actively engage in hands-on coding and development of critical features and functionalities. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. 4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to comprehend requirements and deliver high-quality mobile solutions. Foster a collaborative and innovative iOS development environment. Collaborate with App Store for App review process. 5. Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development. Share iOS development expertise and encourage knowledge sharing within the team. 6. Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with QA engineers to ensure the quality of iOS applications through testing and code reviews. Implement and advocate for best practices related to code quality, testing, and deployment. 7. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in iOS applications. Optimize code and implement best practices for enhancing the application performance and responsiveness. 8. Security: Implement and enforce security best practices in iOS development. Stay informed about the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, implementing measures to mitigate risks. 9. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, API documentation, and code documentation. Ensure documentation is accessible and serves as a valuable resource for the iOS development team. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in iOS app development, with expertise in Swift and/or Objective-C. Strong proficiency in iOS development frameworks and tools. Experience with mobile UI/UX design principles and patterns. Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding iOS development teams. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
