Team members are responsible for installing, security hardening, monthly OS patching plus daily support of the Windows Server operating system 2012, 2019, and 2022. Other server responsibilities include troubleshooting, installation of anti-virus software, backup software, monitoring software, monitoring of disk space, CPU, memory, etc. Candidate must be a team player and possess excellent customer service skills. Cloud server experience with AWS EC2 and Azure virtual instances preferred.
