The requirements are in multiple functional areas e.g., clearing, settlement, client reporting, non-functional requirements, regulatory reporting, custody, etc. Job Requirements Strong domain expertise in the entire value chain for a broker-dealer Entire value chain of broker dealer middle and back office, trade settlement, clearing ,custody, client reporting, services margin + stock lending Market data processing reference data for stocks. Fixed income, Mutual funds, ETFs, - Bloomberg, CBOE, etc. Margin Stock Lending Regulatory Reporting SEC , FINRA, etc. Reg 605, 606, CAT, etc. Trust / retirement plans, etc. Expert in 2 3 of above areas Hands-on business gathering and analysis Business Requirements Documentation Good analysis skills for elaborating, analyzing, eliciting, and documenting Familiarity with tools e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ticketing tools, etc. 10+ - 15 years experience with broker-dealer firms Techno domain skills (background in technology projects, IT experience). Ability to get into some level of technical requirements as required. Good understanding of data, databases Capital markets, securities trading, broker-dealer certifications Wealth and Asset Management background will be an added advantage Ability to understand business processes and define business requirements. Ability to prioritize, and define criticality, traceability, dependencies, etc. Good problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills Ability to engage independently and confidently with business users Ability to interface with the systems or implementation teams.
