The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure. You will work closely with development teams to improve the availability and performance of our services, automate repetitive tasks, and resolve incidents. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and services to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance. Monitor system performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Develop and maintain tools and automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Collaborate with development teams to design and implement scalable and resilient systems. Perform capacity planning and scaling of infrastructure to meet business needs. Manage incidents and conduct post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence. Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure and operational procedures. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. experience in a Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar role. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet). Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.). Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
