Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, senior management, and team members, and effectively communicate program status and risks. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, manage budgets, and coordinate with other departments for support. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present program reports, maintain documentation, and ensure accessibility for future reference. PMP certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience in the high-tech industry. Proven track record of managing large-scale programs from inception to completion. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
