Project Manager Business Professional II Location: Round Lake, IL Duration: 12 Months Job responsibilities:- Drive projects related to New Product Development including tech transfers, sustaining product changes, capital investment projects, and site capacity expansion initiatives. Be a key contact with teams outside of the facility. Your team Influence internal (such as Facilities, Manufacturing, Quality, Process Engineering and others) and external partners (such as Engineering, R&D, Commercial, and other corporate support functions). What you'll be doing Responsible for core team performance, project schedule implementation and execution, budget commitments and spend. implementing plans meeting site stakeholder requirements and a track record of delivering projects to meet business objectives Collaborate with all functions/levels of management to ensure effective ongoing communications across teams and partners for project updates. Identify and communicate project risks, develop a risk plan, and proactively strategize the risk response. Anticipate potential conflict situations and build proactive solutions to result in positive outcomes. What you'll bring Bachelor's Degree required, MBA/MS preferred. 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years of experience leading teams. Expert project verbal, written and presentation skills. Proven experience leading capital and drug development projects in the medical products industry. Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory or Clinical Practices and Product Development Process requirements.
