| From: Geetha, Paramount software solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi Partners, Role:SAP Successfactor PMGM Architect Location:Remote Note:No H1B Description - We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect/Technical Lead with extensive experience in the SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance Management and Goal Management) module. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our implementation project, overseeing all aspects from project preparation to functional staff training. This position requires a collaborative individual who can work seamlessly with our ERP staff, including development, security, and basic resources, as well as our Human Resources team. Work you'll do/Responsibilities: Minimum of 10+ years of experience working with the SuccessFactors PMGM module. Must have completed at least two successful full lifecycle implementations of SuccessFactors PMGM. At least two years of maintenance support experience, preferably within a US Public Sector entity. Proficiency with IS-U ECC 6.0 EHP8, CRM 7 EHP4, IS-PS ECC 6.0, BO 4.2, BW7.5, PBF 8.1, GRC 10.1, Solution Manager 7.2, PO 7.40, Fiori 3.0, OpenText 16.0, and HANA 2.0. Strong understanding of ERP systems and integration points. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead project teams. What qualifications you need: Bachelors degree in Information and Communication Technology or similar What will give you an edge: Experience in the US Public Sector. Advanced certifications in SuccessFactors PMGM or related modules.
