Job Title- Testing Program Manager (SAP/SFDC/QA) Location- Remote with some travel to Philadelphia Any Visa, No H1Bs Responsibilities: Assess current state resource allocation & capacity planning processes; build a roadmap for envisioned future state across Resource Management, Release Management, and Testing Develop and implement process and tool improvements for optimizing resource utilization; lead the associated change management processes Lead the planning and execution of application release management activities Establish release policies, procedures, and schedules to ensure smooth deployments Coordinate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to release processes Implement automation and tools to enhance release management efficiency Testing Management Partner with the Infrastructure team to develop necessary testing assets and processes Experience: 8+ years experience in a Testing Manager role working on complex programs Ability to manage daily progress, tracks testing issues and risks through to conclusion.
