Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Service Now Consultant with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSS), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Knowledge Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Service Now platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of ITSS and HRSD processes, and managing knowledge resources effectively.

Responsibilities:

Service Now Implementation and Customization:

Design, configure, and customize Service Now applications and modules.

Develop workflows, user interfaces, and integrations to enhance platform capabilities.

Implement best practices for ITSS and HRSD within the Service Now environment.

IT Service Management (ITSS):

Provide solutions and support for IT service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and asset management.

Ensure ITSS processes align with organizational goals and industry standards.

Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD):

Implement HRSD modules, including case and knowledge management, employee service center, and other HR-related applications.

Streamline HR workflows and improve service delivery for HR functions.

Knowledge Management:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge management strategy.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, policies, and procedures.

Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.

Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and provide solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, technologies, and trends.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.

Lead initiatives to enhance system performance, usability, and reliability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of [6] years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a focus on ITSS and HRSD.

Proven experience in knowledge management and implementation of ServiceNow modules.

Skills:

Strong understanding of IT service management and HR service delivery processes.

Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.

Additional certifications in ITIL, HRSD, or related areas are preferred.
