| Healthcare Business Analyst (Hybrid CTH Position) 3+ months hybrid contract (3 days onsite & 2 days remote from Day 1) Locals/driving distance to Chicago, IL (onsite/hybrid) GC, GC-EAD & USC only Skills/Experience needed: BS Degree with 5+ years of experience as Healthcare Business Analyst, a proficient problem-solver who is adept at creating action plans based on business needs. Experience with documentation, analysis, and elicitation of business and technical needs across multiple business units. Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to communicate technical and business requirements alike are keys to success for this Business Analyst role! Evaluate current operational procedures, identify inefficiencies, and propose strategies to achieve operational excellence. Builds relationships and collaborates with business units, development teams, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze and prioritize requests Ensures that complex requirements are executable, testable, complete and not ambiguous.
