Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to ensure code quality and best practices.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in React JS development and advocate for their adoption within the team.

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure the smooth functioning of applications.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.

10+ years of experience in React JS development.

Strong proficiency in Next JS with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. Team leading experience is required.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.

Solid understanding of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with server-side rendering and SSR frameworks.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

The compensation will be based on the standard monthly rate.

It's essential to note that there won't be an hourly-based calculation.

Assuming a month with20/21/22 working days, this will be considered as the fixed monthly standard rate, and the vendors will be required to invoice us for the monthly fixed rate.

If the contractor takes one or two days of leave, the monthly fixed amount will be adjusted based on the number of working days, rather than hours.

However, to ensure clarity and set a maximum, we propose mentioning a cap of 160 hours in the contract. This is only for invoicing and not for the working hours.

This should not impact the agreed-upon number of working days or hours in a month.  (which means they shouldnt say that the contractor will not work beyond 160 hours)

However, any additional hours beyond the standard working hours (which means beyond the total working days), such as extra weekend or night support for extended durations, will be handled differently.

These extra hours will be compensated as compensatory time off, based on prior approval.
