The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, experience with ServiceNow, and a passion for driving innovation through intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities: AI Solution Development: Design and develop AI-driven solutions to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration within ServiceNow modules. Implementation and Optimization: Implement AI models and algorithms within the ServiceNow platform. Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and accuracy. Data Management: Collect, preprocess, and Analyze data to train AI models. Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the AI lifecycle. Integration and Automation: Integrate AI solutions with existing ServiceNow workflows and processes. Automate routine tasks and processes using AI technologies. Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of AI solutions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ServiceNow technologies and apply them to enhance our platform. Documentation and Training: Document AI solutions, processes, and best practices. Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on AI functionalities. Qualifications: Proven experience in developing and implementing AI solutions, preferably within the ServiceNow platform. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar. Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer). Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot development. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services. Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
