Implementation experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, Custom App development along experience in integrations. Job Description: Work in the ServiceNow Program developing innovative solutions that simplifies customer services. Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNows capabilities and offerings. Proven experience as a key person leading the development and delivery of different ServiceNow product implementations. Architect and design solutions for complex business problems using ServiceNow best practices and standards. Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integrations within different modules of ServiceNow. Hands on experience with ServiceNow features of Transform maps, Flow designer, Integration hub, UI builder, Process Automation and Mobile Apps. Knowledge about different cloud service providers like Azure, AWS, GCP and IAC provider tools like Terraform, Ansible etc. Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines. Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate. Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios. Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others. Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform. Certification Required CSA, CAD CIS is any one of ITSM & ITOM product suite is preferred.
