Job Description - Job Title: SAP - IT PM Duration: 6+ Month Location: Austin, Texas (Onsite) Visa: USC/GC MOI: Skype Need Candidate with LinkedIn Required Skills:- REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with five (5) years of project management, agile delivery, or relevant experience; Three (3) years of team leadership experience; PMP Certification or Agile Certification PMI-ACP required or equivalent; Or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and seven (7) years of project management, agile delivery, or related experience; Four (4) years of team leadership experience Extensive experience in project management and agile delivery Knowledge of information gathering, planning, and organizing methods and principles Knowledge of agile methodology Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage project performance effectively Encompass information gathering, agile methodology, data analysis, conceptual thinking, time management, communication, and technical writing Requires the ability to absorb complex technical information, influence stakeholders, and adapt to dynamic project demands in an office environment Team leadership skills Skill in analyzing data and in using data visualization techniques and tools Skill in conceptual thinking Skill in time management Skill in communication Skill in technical writing Skill in project performance tracking and reporting Ability to absorb and retain information quickly, specifically complex technical information Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions Ability to perform all the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodations Ability to work in an office environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience delivering initiatives leveraging agile methodology; Scrum, XP, SAFe, Kanban or other certification Knowledge of product management principles Thanks & Regards ..
