The position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. Ideal candidate will expertly utilize Automation Anywhere to automate processes, ranging from simple to complex, ensuring seamless integrations across various business units. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver RPA solutions that align with business goals. Evaluate processes for suitability for automation, providing thorough assessments and strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Design and develop bots to automate business processes and workflows. Optimize and maintain bots to ensure enhanced performance, scalability, and efficiency. Perform quality assurance, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging throughout the RPA development lifecycle to guarantee the reliability and performance of all solutions. Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members, and lead training sessions to enhance team skills in RPA. Continuously explore and evaluate new RPA tools and technologies for potential integration to improve automation capabilities. Establish RPA best practices, including coding standards, documentation processes, and a library of reusable assets. Qualifications and Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in RPA development with Automation Anywhere Experience with RPA infrastructure, scale management, and security Knowledge of RPA DevOps best practices and change management processes Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process improvement techniques Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and presentation abilities Experience in full lifecycle RPA projects from exploration to verification Preferred Experience Understanding of common business functions such as Payroll, HR, Benefits Administration, Finance, or Procurement Experience automating processes for PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle Financials, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office 365, or similar enterprise systems Automation Anywhere Certification Keywords: information technology Great Opportunity- RPA Developer, Location Remote [email protected] |
