You will be a key player in optimizing our order management, inventory visibility, and supply chain intelligence capabilities. Your expertise in Manhattan's suite of products will enable us to drive operational efficiency and enhance our overall supply chain performance. Responsibilities: Manhattan Configuration: Design, implement, develop, and maintain configurations in Manhattan modules including Enterprise Order Management (EOM), Distributed Order Management (DOM), Call Center, Order Orchestration, Enterprise Inventory, Available to Commerce (ATC), and Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI). Customize solutions to meet specific business needs. Reporting & Analytics: Build, schedule, and modify reports and dashboards using SCI Reporting (IBM Cognos). Empower business users and management with actionable insights. Solution Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to translate high-level requirements into functional solutions. Work effectively in an Agile/SCRUM development environment. Qualifications: Essential Skills: 8-10 years of experience in configuring and implementing Manhattan Active Omni and Distributed Order Management (DOM). Deep understanding of supply chain processes and principles. Strong technical proficiency with SQL and data modeling. Desirable Skills: Experience with IBM Cognos reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Agile/SCRUM methodology experience. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
