Rich experience of working in US healthcare consulting domain and/or electronic medical records (EMR) systems will be a good fit as well End-to-end understanding of provider value chain with an in-depth understanding of health provider IT systems and EMR capabilities, understanding of patient journey (inpatient, outpatient) Prior experience of working with US healthcare companies preferable or must have worked across engagements with US healthcare clients Should have hands-on Project delivery experience in 2-3 technology/digital transformation programs Relevant experience in Team Management, Scope Management, Change Management, managing Quality of deliverables, etc. Should understand lean concepts and hands-on experience in delivering technology-driven business transformation projects using agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc. Experience in managing agile product cycle and tools like JIRA Confluence/Rally/MS Projects/VersionOne Exposure to solution design/architecting, data architecture, etc. Should have project experience in working around (any 3-4): Working exposure to at least one of the leading EMR systems: Epic, Cerner, Allscripts (preferably CERNER EMR)Hands on experience on at least one core module Clinical Order, Ambulatory, In-patient, ASAP, Cerner E-pres, RedNet (RIS) Non Clinical Registration and Scheduling, Patient Accounting, HealthNet Revenue Cycle Hospital billing, Professional billing Clinical domain data models, system integration assessments and implementation planning Health Data interoperability proficiency focused on health data exchange, predominantly in HL7, FHIR, and V2 messaging.
