The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DNS architecture, extensive experience with BIND, and a proven track record in DDI environments.Responsibilities DNS System Implementation: Lead the implementation of greenfield DNS systems utilizing BIND. DDI Environment Management: Oversee the management and optimization of DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) environments leveraging Men&Mice. Project Leadership: Drive project-based initiatives, including system architecture, proof-of-concept development, and deployment. Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with integration partners to ensure seamless system integration. Customer Success: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, guiding them through complex projects. Project Scoping: Develop comprehensive project scopes, estimates, and statements of work to mitigate risks and clearly define project deliverables. Go-Live Support: Develop and execute strategies for successful go-live support and system stabilization.Qualifications 10+ years of experience in DNS design and implementation using BIND. Proven expertise in Unix/Linux system administration. In-depth knowledge of DDI tools, preferably Men&Mice (or equivalent such as Infoblox). Strong customer-service orientation and exceptional interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language. Proven problem-solving and research skills.Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based DNS platforms. Knowledge of automation and scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
