The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow applications and workflows. The Lead Developer will also mentor junior developers and ensure best practices are followed.Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and develop custom applications, modules, workflows, and automation using ServiceNow. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and data sources. Perform system administration tasks, including user and group management, configuration management, and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes, configurations, and customizations. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security policies. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers. Stay current with ServiceNow updates, new features, and best practices. Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform. Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integration. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team.Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). Experience with ServiceNow ITBM, SecOps, or GRC modules. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
