Job Title: ServiceNow BCM Module Specialist Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Interview: Video Visa Type: No H1/OPT/CPT Job Description As a ServiceNow BCM Module Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow Business Continuity Management module. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our BCM processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational objectives. Your expertise will help us enhance our resilience and response capabilities in the face of disruptions. Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration: Design, configure, and implement the ServiceNow BCM module to meet business requirements. Develop and customize workflows, forms, and reports within the BCM module. Ensure seamless integration of BCM with other ServiceNow modules and third-party applications. Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document BCM requirements and best practices. Analyze current BCM processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain documentation, including process diagrams, user guides, and training materials. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the BCM module, addressing any issues or enhancements. Conduct regular system audits and health checks to ensure optimal performance and compliance. Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow updates and new features, implementing changes as necessary. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on the BCM module and related processes. Create and maintain a knowledge base of BCM-related materials and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience with ServiceNow, specifically in implementing and managing the BCM module. Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements. Proficiency in creating workflows, forms, and reports within ServiceNow. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
