Hoping to have released by 3rd quarter of 2024, project is centered in the Summit, NJ office. This position will work separate from the full stack self-dev teams under Shashi. Will work in a Kanban structure, be part of a fully US based team that would be about 9 people fully staffed. Were bringing in a lot of data. Day to day will involve Mantas configuration, migrating Oracle scenarios from one environment to the other, and creating batches. Will work on the administration of the application. Will work with production teams on deployments. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are usually Sprint days, so it's good to be in the office on those days. Mantas is now being referred to as FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance Management) and was previously known as OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications). Experience is admittedly difficult to find. All qualifications being equal, those with more years of experience who are able to convert without sponsorship would be preferred, but there are no stipulations on considering submissions with Mantas experience. Experienced candidates likely call themselves Mantas Developers and are dedicated to being SME's on that software.
