About the job Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the implementation of Workday HR modules including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, PEX, Recruiting, and Learning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Provide detailed project plans, timelines, and progress reports to stakeholders. Oversee the preparation and validation of project materials and documentation. Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing clear and timely communication. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, proactively seeking ways to enhance project outcomes. Qualifications: Experience: At least one prior Workday implementation experience, with bonus points for those who have served as an HCM Project Manager. FIN/SCM experience not required Strong preference for healthcare implementation experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or leadership roles. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Workday functions including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, PEX, Recruiting, and Learning. Preferred technical knowledge in HRIS functions such as integrations and data validation. Bonus if experienced in Workday security and reporting structures. Certifications: PMP certification preferred. Skills: Proactive, hands-on approach to project management. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to ask questions and over-communicate to ensure clarity.
