The ideal candidate will be responsible for both Product Sustenance and New Product Development activities. (Contract) Role: - Design Engineer (Medical Device Domain) Location: Blue Ash, Cincinnati, OH Client is TCS Technical/Functi006Fnal Skills Essential Skills: Understanding of the Medical Device domain. Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and other standard regulations and medical device guidance documents. Proficiency in GD&T, Engineering principles, Product designs, Product Lifecycle, Design Specifications, Product Requirements, and Product mechanisms. Expertise in 3D CAD Modelling and Drafting using NX and SolidWorks. Experience in Concept Development and Engineering Documentation. Ability to update drawings through different lifecycles of design prototyping, development, and design transfer. Preparing BOMs for sub-assemblies and releasing them in Windchill PLM. Desirable Skills: Ability to make decisions based on results and outcomes in alignment with customer needs. Meet delivery promises in terms of budget and timescales. Track project progress and make necessary changes to project execution to ensure achievement of project goals. Work within a multidisciplinary team consisting of R&D, Lifecycle Design and Development engineers, Project Managers, and document control specialists. Liaise with customer-designated points of contact and functional area points of contact. Plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
