Job Responsibilities Include: The Senior SQL Developer will primarily focus on development, maintenance, and support of Platform applications. This role will be responsible for the delivery of critical product requirements and will be interact with a culturally and technical diverse team, which includes .Net developers, SQL developers, QA and product management teams. Assist in helping to define, document and develop software applications, as well as contribute to architecture and technical design discussions, code reviews and technical design/specifications in collaboration with the project team. Independently responsible for development, enhancement, testing, support, maintain and troubleshoot/ debug software applications that support business units or support functions. Create thorough, professional quality project documentation and technical specifications. Assesses the impact of software changes and new development on other systems; conducts integration tests to mitigate risks. Mentor junior team members and participates in and promotes a knowledge-sharing environment. This position is onsite with hybrid 2-3 days/ week from SEI office in Oaks, PA. The yellow ones are the must SQL server minimum Experience of 8 years SQL server hands on experience in writing T-sql queries Hands on experience in working with big stored procedures, chain stored procedures and performance optimization Hands on Sql performance tuning without SQL profiler SQL understanding of execution plan and optimization, Can explain SQL execution plan Use of SQL indexes other than the conventional SQL clustered and non-clustered index, preferably (column store index) Hands on Experience with creating ER diagrams and design of data warehouse Hands on Experience with archival and purging strategies in a big SQL dwh involving numerous entity relationship Hands on experience on creating SQL views normal and Indexed. Experience with CDC to create pipeline of evens Knowledge on SQL isolation Experience with working on SQL server auditing and maintaining historic data information Experience with working on SQL server Ha cluster, knowledge about SQL replication strategies Experience with SQL Role based data security or masking Knowledge on SQL database partitions on different file group Experience with SQL isolations Read committed versus Read committed snapshot how queries can vary between the isolations.
