Customer Interview Process: 2 rounds with customer Required Skills Proficiency with the design, implementation, and configuration of Cisco networking technologies inclusive of data Center switching, access layer switching, and Access and Identity tools such as Cisco Client. Current Enterprise Cisco Catalyst switches; Cisco ISR/Catalyst routers; Switching and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP); TCP/IP; DNS; VLANs; VPNs; QoS; VXLAN; Underlay and Overlay networks; IPSEC; RADIUS; two-factor and single sign-on authentication. Extensive experience in initiating and leading consultative network projects & initiatives Excellent consultative skills in addressing networking and security challenges. Strong project management skills (scope, schedule, & cost) Excellent written, presentation, whiteboarding, and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Receptive listening skills, with the ability to present ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent situational leadership and timely decision-making skills Ability to work effectively within all levels of an organization (internally & externally) Ability to work both individually and in a team environment. Must be results-driven with a strong sense of urgency. Attention to detail and follow-up skills are critical. Strong trusted advisor, coaching, & mentorship skills Minimum 5+ years' experience in consulting services Cisco (Nexus, Catalyst, Client, wireless) AWS / Azure / Network & Security Knowledge Bachelor's, Technical degree, or related work experience (Network Engineering / Computer Science) Minimum 5 years of experience consulting, designing, implementing, and integrating Cisco Networking technologies.
