The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality assurance and software testing, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The QA Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying defects and issues, and working with developers to resolve them. The candidate will also need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet quality standards, user requirements, and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of software products. Identify and report defects and issues to development teams, as well as assist in the resolution of identified issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet user requirements, customer expectations, and quality standards. Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide regular reports. Provide input on product design and development to ensure that it is optimized for testing and quality assurance. Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and other testing artifacts. Continuously improve the QA process and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing efforts. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or related fields 3+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL or other database platforms 3+ years of experience in testing APIs, Postman is a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium or Appium, is a plus Familiarity with programming languages, such as C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, is a plus If you are a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about software testing and quality assurance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
