Role: Ab Initio Developer with Apache Spark Location: Plano, TX (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Responsibilities Develop and maintain ETL processes using Ab Initio and Apache Spark. Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize data processing workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability. Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity throughout the ETL process. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and performance. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Document technical specifications, design, and implementation details. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Ab Initio and Apache Spark technologies. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Ab Initio Developer with hands-on experience in Apache Spark. Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, and data warehousing concepts. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala. Experience with SQL and relational databases. Familiarity with big data technologies and frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Certification in Ab Initio or Apache Spark. Knowledge of additional big data tools and technologies.
