This role involves remote work, with position based in Indianapolis, IN. The consultant will primarily support Oracle SCM Cloud implementations, focusing on Inventory (INV) and Order Management (OM) modules, with additional emphasis on Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Oracle Manufacturing/WMS Setup: Hands-on experience in configuring Oracle Manufacturing and Warehouse Management setups. SCM Cloud Modules (INV, OM): Proficiency in implementing and supporting Oracle SCM Cloud modules, specifically Inventory (INV) and Order Management (OM). Business Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct FIT-GAP analysis, and propose IT solutions aligned with business needs and challenges. Integrations: Demonstrate strong knowledge of integrations between Oracle SCM Cloud and other enterprise systems. Documentation: Actively participate in creating various documents such as Solution Design, Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, and Training materials. Testing and Validation: Guide and execute unit testing, comprehensive testing, Business User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Sanity testing phases. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in Oracle SCM Cloud implementations, particularly with INV and OM modules. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing/WMS setups and configurations. Ability to perform business requirement analysis, FIT-GAP analysis, and provide IT solutions. Strong understanding of system integrations involving Oracle SCM Cloud. Proficiency in preparing detailed documentation including solution design, functional specifications, and test scripts. Experience conducting and overseeing testing phases including unit testing, UAT, and production validation. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Certification in SCM Cloud modules (INV, OM). Previous experience with Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
