Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development. Share iOS development expertise and encourage knowledge sharing within the team. 6. Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with QA engineers to ensure the quality of iOS applications through testing and code reviews. Implement and advocate for best practices related to code quality, testing, and deployment. 7. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in iOS applications.
