The ideal candidate must possess excellent background on Healthcare Business . Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) knowledge is preferred . Responsibilities As a Business Project Manager, you will Accountable to manage end-to-end execution of strategic business Program & Project initiatives of customer - Understand business needs and be able to provide solution and perform some of the Business analysis activities along with Project management Accountable to deliver the program/project business goal with approved budget and schedule Closely work with customer leadership team and program management office (PMO) on program status and metrics Closely work with customers clients, business functional divisions, IT organization and vendor partners to deliver the Project charter goals Customer expectation management Budget tracking and forecasting Escalation management Requirements Deep knowledge in US Healthcare market (Commercial, Medicaid and Medicare). 5+ years of industry experience Program management role played with leading US Health Plans and PBMs(Preferred) - Business analysis background.
