Please find the job description below, and if you are interested, please forward your updated resume to #pradeep @ interaslabs.com Role: Senior IVR Engineer Remote Duration: Long term Positions: 5 Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in IVR development and telephony systems. Proficiency in IVR development tools (e.g., Avaya, Genesys, Cisco). Strong understanding of telephony protocols (e.g., SIP, VoIP). Experience with speech recognition and text-to-speech technologies. Knowledge of databases and integration with CRM systems. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based IVR solutions. Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, C#). Certification in IVR systems or telephony platforms.
