| From: Gulshan, Stellent IT [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Mobile Device Specialist Seattle, Washington-Onsite Phone+Skype 3+Month JOb Description Mobile Device Specialist Duties and Responsibilities Manage four clouds for CLIENTS (dont know if Azure or AWS) Must have good Communication skills to be able to speak with senior software engineers and directors for CLIENT Utilize ADB commands Utilize iDevice commands Write Batch Scripts Explain errors depicted in CLIENT's console log and give resolutions (so someone that has worked in a NOC) Ensure devices are always connected to Perfecto and limit downtime due to devices going into error Go through Perfecto logs and determine if an issue needs to be escalated to R&D Set-up new devices, connect devices to Handset server and connect devices to Perfecto Resolve issues with the Handset server's OS when CLIENT places specific CLIENT scripts on the Handset Server Work with various OEM manufacturers for device stability issues, logs, and variations of device software Pull mobile device logs from Handset servers Pull mobile device information for Template Creation Utilize IDE's (Eclipse) to replicate an automation issue Utilize APIs to pull mobile device and or user information Updating Perfecto Repository Provide port information due to CLIENT constantly making changes to their internal network Provide updates to CLIENT based on MCM upgrades/releases Create a schedule and sync with Rami to upgrade Cloud MCMs and Handset Servers for new upgrades/releases Create new OS Image when CLIENT upgrades to new Handset Server Hardware Organize and install server racks, cabling, Handset Servers Troubleshoot handset servers, and mobile devices Adding and or removing users, and mobile devices to and from Perfecto Bi-weekly CLIENT meetings to discuss reoccurring issues, if any are present Keywords: business intelligence rlang information technology golang Mobile Device Specialist Seattle-Washington-Onsite [email protected] |
