Duration: : 6-12+ months Visa : NOH1B/CPT Interview mode:: video Job Description: Oversee the S4/Hana implementation, ensuring successful deployment and integration across segments. Lead the design strategy for S4/Hana platforms, integrating with financial applications and optimizing processes at the segment level. Collaborate with segment leaders to align the transformation roadmap with overall enterprise objectives. Identify interdependencies and implications across segments, providing solutions to align with the FinTech strategy. Utilize strong influencing skills to guide decision-making and foster cross-segment collaboration. Monitor and enhance the performance of S4/Hana platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Develop and implement best practices for system design and enterprise-level integration. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Continuously evaluate and improve platform strategies based on feedback and changing business requirements. Requirements Demonstrated experience with S4/HANA and financial application platform implementations across multiple business segments. Strategic experience in system design and enterprise-level integration. Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. In-depth understanding of segment-specific transformation roadmaps and their enterprise implications. Certification in SAP S4/HANA or related ERP systems. Experience in a similar role within a large and complex organizational structure. Familiarity with advanced financial reporting and integration tools.
