| From: Manohar, Cloudingest [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role : Java Developer Location :Indiana Polis or Lebanon Area(Onsite) Only Local to Indiana Need 10+ Years of Experience Solid Java and SQL skills as the work is on a complex suite of applications with an intricate SQL backend Java 8 experience is required as well as newer versions of Java as there are apps that are also on newer versions of Java and new apps are being developed with the latest versions of Java that the candidate may be involved with Solid SQL experience is a must as the data layer uses highly complex multi-page queries Ability to understand complex code and business and be able to hit the ground running is needed Understand the business, the applications serving the business and be able to figure out the root cause / implementation for any defects / tickets / new feature assigned Ability to debug through several layers of complex code, using custom ORM layers for the data layers Ability to understand and debug through complex frameworks written in Java 8 is needed. The front-end framework uses several layers of complex code (Planet Js WOW framework is used but the need here is to be able to understand and debug through the framework layers and make changes as required). These two and solid SQL skills are the most essential qualifications to succeed in this role. Need to be extremely detail oriented and meticulous in work habits as the candidate will provide tech specs with estimates as well as full implementations for features / bug fixes for this complex technology mix. Need to be able to take responsibility for estimates and delivery with adherence to timelines for delivery for the tasks assigned. Need to have thorough focus on unit testing and end to end testing to ensure any changes / additions are well tested and dont break other things Agile geographically dispersed team (all within the US) Knoweldge of JIRA and BitBucket is essential Ability to monitor tickets and messages related to tickets to contribute to the team in a timely and attentive fashion Team is very fast paced, so need to be very attentive and participative in meetings Team is also very seasoned, so need to participate and build relationships to work with the team members quickly Heres Planet Js website.
