Requirement:1 Role: SAP ABAP developer Location: Juno Beach, FL (Hybrid) Duration: Long term Contract Description: We are seeking an individual SAP HANA ABAP developer. The ideal candidate will have experiences development and integration of FICO, Accounts Payables, PTP/OTC and other aspects of S4 HANA on-premises landscape. Additionally, the candidate designs, develops and integrates applications solutions with focus on HANA Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP). This specialty may design, develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components, and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms. Candidate will have working knowledge of SAP HANA Technical Concept and Architecture, Data Modelling using HANA Studio, ABAP Development Tools (ADT), Code Performance Rules and Guidelines for SAP HANA, ADBC, Native SQL, ABAP Core data Services, Data Base Procedures, Text Search, ALV on HANA, and HANA Live models consumption. Responsibilities and Required Skills: 8 years of experience as an SAP HANA ABAP developer similar roles Excellent ABAP development, debugging and strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently, creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Team player with good communication skills Proficient in creating BAPIs and external RFCs. Experiences configuring and processing EDI interfaces, IDOCS and XML messages Interfaces of different types IDOC, file, ABAP Proxy and SOA based services. Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines. Experienced in report and transaction creation, enhancements, conversions, SAP script, Smart Forms, BDCs, LTMC, User Exits, ALV Reports, Dialog Programming, Data Dictionary, RFCs, ABAP Queries, Web Dynpro, Object Oriented ABAP, ALE, BAPIs, and BADIs as well as common skills: Experienced in supporting integrations with external systems, using batch and SAP PO Understands SAP tables and relationships. Develops technical specifications and creates test scripts. Build flat file mass update tools and batch jobs to managing data loads. Work on prototyping, requirement gathering, client interaction workshops, FIT/GAP analysis and blueprinting. Test all break-fixes, changes, and enhancement prior to releasing to end-users. Perform additional job-related duties as assigned, engaging with functional resources and acting as self-directed member of a high-performing team. Hands on experience in building and supporting webservices using SOAP / SAP Gateway / SAP PO Requirement:2 Role: SAP Project Manager/Scrum Master Location: Juno Beach, FL (Hybrid) Duration: Long term Contract Description: This position plans, executes, and finalizes projects, according to schedule and within budget. Candidates in this role acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members including third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Individuals define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle. Job Duties & Responsibilities Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects within the SAP ERP, supply chain and finance disciplines Provide project leadership on S4 HANA ERP projects to ensure timely and effective project execution. Provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution Participates in employee development, coaching, and ongoing performance management Applies knowledge and experience in own discipline while continuing to acquire and develop higher-level knowledge and skills Builds knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers Solves a range of straightforward problems Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedure Performs other job-related duties as assigned Maintain thorough knowledge of new development and/or SDLC techniques. Owns the planning, estimation, design, configuration, testing, and production release on financial projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas. Interacts with business leadership and key stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort/cost, prioritize work, develop enhancements, coordinate testing, and perform change management. Indirectly manages project team, individual contributors, and consultants within area of discipline. Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization Manages program and release backlogs, as well as team and program objectives Tracks, promotes, and publishes completed program initiatives, epics and business value metrics following Agile methodology Manages risk and dependencies, communicates and escalates impediments to facilitate transparency, and reduces bottlenecks Ensures adherence to -/+ 5% say/do ratio to budget Performs other job-related duties as assigned Deep experience with the Agile development methodology and tools such as Atlassian Jira software is a must have. Preferably certified PMP or Agile Safe SPC certified.
