This person will be the lead developer of the application, implementing requirements from the Business unit and actively communicating with the GIS Units Business Analyst. Complete Description: NCDIT Transportation GIS Unit requests a GIS Programmer/Developer to assist with the rewrite of the SPOT Online Application. This person will be the lead developer of the application, implementing requirements from the SPOT Business unit and actively communicating with the GIS Units Business Analyst. This person also oversees upgrades to the SPOT Online Prioritization 8.0 applications upgrades, including an update from JavaScript API 3.0 to JavaScript API 4.0. This resource will maintain and support 7 instances/stages for development and improvement of the application, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades. This resource will develop and maintain web services currently hosted by EAD and work with the GIS Architecture Team to upgrade hardware and enhance usability of system and the integration with other systems.
