Responsibilities: -Project Management - Ensure project management processes are in place. - Maintain detailed project plans for releases/sprints. - Implement governance models from planning to release. - Review and manage change requests. - Prepare and manage project documentation. - Monitor execution status and generate stakeholder reports. - **Oracle EBS**: Experience with Oracle EBS implementations. - **Agile Methodologies**: Experienced in Agile delivery, processes, and governance. - **Team Leadership**: Manage complex project teams across multiple countries, including System Analysts, Developers, and Software Quality Analysts. - **Stakeholder Management**: Provide clear, concise project status updates, highlighting progress, issues, and mitigation plans. - **Advanced PM Techniques**: Apply advanced project management experience to address stakeholder, sponsor, and client challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee project plans. - Manage resource shortfalls and conflicts. - Assign team member responsibilities and hold individuals accountable. - Identify, manage, and escalate issues and risks. - Monitor project progress and ensure expectations are met. - Prepare regular reports and communications to stakeholders. - Facilitate gateway reviews for critical projects. People and Self-Management: - Manage and mentor project teams. - Stay updated on PM techniques and their effectiveness. - Deliver projects within budget and on time. - Make decisions considering program impacts. - Ensure resource forecasting and time tracking activities. Key Performance Indicators: - **Financial**: Deliver projects within budget and on time. - **Process**: Advanced knowledge of PM techniques; effective risk evaluation and management. - **Clients**: Meet or exceed project quality and scope requirements; experience in Employee Health and Benefits or Insurance Broking preferred. - **People**: Proactively manage and develop team members. Requirements: - Experience with Oracle EBS implementations. - Agile methodologies and scrum experience. - Knowledge in Employee Health and Benefit Industry or Insurance Broking preferred. - Excellent English communication skills.
