Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in Java and open-source technologies. Technical Skills: Proficient in Java 8 and above. Strong expertise in React.js. Experience with RDBMS (e.g., SQL, MySQL). Hands-on experience with Spring Boot. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Familiar with architecture and design principles. Project Management: Proficient in Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Rally. Proven track record of managing complex technical projects from initiation to delivery. Strong ability to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
