The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience with integration, mainframe systems, and various technologies including IDM, ETL, Z platforms, and more. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Systems Analyst, Integration Analyst, or similar role. Extensive experience with mainframe systems, including Z platforms and VM databases. Proficiency in COBOL and Natural programming languages. Strong knowledge of Identity Management (IDM) and ETL processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
