| From: Akriti Srivastava, Urbench [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: SAP Success factor Location: - Remote Opportunity Client: Valvoline VISA: USC and GC only Job Description: Work Experience (required or preferred; include no. of years) 8-10+ years of experience required Preferred: * Overall 10 Years of business and IT experience * 10 years of SAP SuccessFactors module project implementation experience OR Masters degree and 3 years of experience * 5 -10 years integration experience with other process areas * 4+ years lead experience on SAP implementation projects * Experience configuring multiple SAP modules OR experience across multiple industries such as Food, Chemicals, Life Sciences, Pharma, Oil & Gas etc. * Experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP implementations * Prior experience as SuccessFactors User desired Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies Ability to: * Design/build/test across the lifecycle of SAP Project for configuration and working with development team on specs and testing. * Interface with key stakeholders - must be very strong with client facing with challenging personalities. * Train users in master data management, new business processes, transactional activity, and report execution. * Support end users during hyper care immediately after go-live for the new SAP SuccessFactors solutions; and * Collaborate internally with other team members on continuous improvement. * Act as project manager for smaller SuccessFactors projects. * Interact effectively with offshore team members. * Implement baseline solution, with local variations as required. * Maintain SAP best practice solution approach to reduce custom code.
